Foreign, so happiness means business, and that’s not just some blowing smoke, you know, fun phrase, but ultimately there’s tons of data out there. When you look at positive psychology, happiness really matters for business. Happier employees, they’re actually more creative, more engaged, and more effective. You’re always going to get a new perspective every time. I break away from the mundane. Speaking event, it’s totally changed the way that I view the topic of happiness, and I think that any organization in general, that is looking for that extra edge, would benefit.
